Mandatory Meeting outside of hours of operation
Today I received an email announcing a mandatory meeting for all staff tomorrow from 5:30 to 7:30 PM. I explained that my staff clock out and leave at 5:30 PM to attend to their personal lives. They said the meeting is mandatory in order to remain part of the Head Start program, but I cannot find any reference to this requirement in the contract. They also informed me that staff will not be paid for these hours.
